I can evaluate your program for you, serve as the external evaluator for your grant, or build your capacity to evaluate your own program. I also conduct large or small scale needs and resources assessments, collect data through focus groups, community forums, interviews, surveys, appreciative inquiry, or other ways. I can also compile existing data from a variety of sources (e.g., the census, other government sources, foundations, research organizations) to develop a comprehensive picture of the issue or community of interest.
More and more often funders are requiring partnerships and community coalitions to create systems level changes. I can help you to form a partnership or coalition, evaluate both the internal workings and results, develop a strategic plan, or strengthen your partnership or coalition.
My experience includes writing successful funding applications for corporation and foundation grants and responding to state and federal Requests for Proposals or Applications. Pursing larger grants from government and large foundation funders requires organizational preparation, and I can also help with that.

I am also available to facilitate meetings and planning sessions, including developing a theory of change or a strategic plan.
